Manufacturing

The solar tracker is designed to be manufactured mainly by means of CNC machines. It is therefore a high capacity, flexible process and the chance for manufacturing error is extremely low, providing extreme accuracy, high quality and traceability.

The structure is composed by cold-formed sections of steel, laminated, using screws and galvanised according to UNE ISO 1461 and UNE 10142. As a result, some typical problems with the welding process such as early corrosion, waste strain, and the need for specialised staff are minimised.

All components have been designed and tested according to the most demanding International Standards. TITAN TRACKER always manufactures under ISO 9000.
